Life at Whitefield last Friday was anything but quiet as the Lions of Zululand spent the day with us.
From the moment they exploded into the hall singing, playing drums, dancing, ululating and bursting with energy Whitefield was transported to another world. This is the third year that the Lions have visited us and we were delighted that our friends from Joseph Clarke School shared the occasion with us too. The morning was spent enjoying the live performances and then, in the afternoon, groups of pupils from across the school participated in mask making, drum workshops and singing.
It was a fun-filled day and we are already looking forward to meeting with the Lions again next year!
