    Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Permanent Position

    52 week contract 36 hours per week

    Annual salary (Scale SO2 S26 -28) £32,418- £34, 209pa

    Annual leave 28 days rising to 31 after 5 years service

    Generous Local Government Pension Scheme

    Start date: As soon as a Disclosure and Barring Service check has been received

    If you are an experienced administrator, personal or executive assistant looking for a new and exciting opportunity, this could be the role for you. You will play an integral part in the smooth running of the Chief Executive office, the daily business and will have line management responsibility for assisting with a broad spectrum of work and complex projects.

    About you;

    This role is about problem solving and gatekeeping. It goes well beyond basic administrative work. The postholder will not only help manage the inner office of the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officers; they will be balancing their responsibilities, commitments and obligations across a number of work streams. In this role you will:

    • Anticipate need, be resourceful and adaptable. You will have sound judgement, knowing when and how to take action, juggling multiple tasks and completing in a timely manner.


    • Represent our organisation in a positive and professional light, have a strong attention to-detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.


    • Play a key role in building our vision and values by organising events, bulletins, engagement with the families, staff, local and wider communities.



    A high level of discretion is integral to this role. You will routinely be working with our Trust Board and Members, our executive team,  external stakeholders including our Waltham Forest local authority, the Department of Education and Ofsted
